Phone humara alarm hai, calendar hai, entertainment hai, aur kabhi-kabhi best friend bhi. Subah aankh khulte hi screen, raat sone se pehle bhi screen. Beech mein messages, news, reels, videos, sab kuch. Hum sochte hain yeh sirf aankhon ko thaka raha hai, par asal mein yeh poori body ko disturb kar raha hota hai.
Zyada screen time ka effect dheere-dheere dikhta hai. Neck stiff, aankhen dry, headache thoda frequent, aur neend thodi restless. Elders ke liye yeh eyes aur sleep pe zyada asar karta hai. Young log ke liye posture, focus aur mood pe. Hum notice karte hain, phir bhi screen se door jaana mushkil lagta hai, kyunki aadat ban chuki hoti hai.
Swap yahin pe aata hai. Screen ko poori tarah hatana realistic nahi hai. Par uske saath smart boundaries banana possible hai. Har 30–40 minute baad thoda break. Phone neeche rakh ke aankhen band karna. Door ki cheez ko dekhna. Ya bas uth ke do minute chal lena. Screen wahi rahe, par body ko bhi thoda space mile.
Raat ke time ek chhota sa swap aur bhi kaam aata hai. Sone se pehle screen ki jagah kuch shaant. Thoda music, thodi reading, ya bas lights dim karke baithna. Elders ke liye yeh neend ko smooth banata hai, young log ke liye mind ko slow karna sikhata hai.
