Hum sab jaante hain ki paani peena zaroori hai. Itna common gyaan hai ki lagta hai ispe baat karna bhi boring hai. Par phir bhi, poore din mein yeh sentence kitni baar bolte hain – “Abhi nahi, baad mein.” Meeting ke baad. Kaam khatam hone ke baad. Ghar jaa ke. Aur yeh “baad mein” aksar raat tak pahunch jaata hai.
Body lekin wait nahi karti. Dheere-dheere signals bhejti hai – thakaan, headache, dryness, concentration ka loss. Hum inhe stress samajh lete hain, jabki asal mein body bas paani maang rahi hoti hai. Elders aksar paani kam peete hain kyunki pyaas kam lagti hai, young log kam peete hain kyunki yaad hi nahi rehta. Problem same hai, reason alag.
Toh swap simple hai. Paani ko task mat banao, aadat banao. Ek heavy bottle jo aap dekhte hi “uff” feel kara de, uski jagah ek chhoti, halka bottle rakho. Har ghante ek-do sip. Ek saath zyada peene ki jagah, thoda-thoda, baar-baar.
Aur agar plain paani boring lagta hai, toh usme twist daalo. Thoda nimbu, thoda pudina, ya sirf ek elaichi. Taste subtle rahe, par interest bana rahe. Elders ke liye yeh digestion aur joints dono ke liye helpful hota hai. Young log ke liye skin aur energy ke liye bonus.
Health ka rule yeh nahi hai ki kitna perfect paani piya. Rule yeh hai ki body ko dry mat chhodo. Jab hum paani ko priority dete hain, body bhi humein better focus, better mood, aur better stamina ke saath reward karti hai.
Agle episode mein hum ek aisi aadat ka swap karenge jo har ghar mein hoti hai aur jiska effect hum roz feel karte hain – bina uska naam liye.
