Raat hoti hai, duniya dheere-dheere silent mode pe jaa rahi hoti hai… par hum Indians?
Arre humara toh iss samay asli drama shuru hota hai.
Koi WhatsApp pe “last seen” check kar raha hota hai, koi YouTube pe “just one more video”, koi apni quilt ko folding competition mein daal deta hai, aur kuch log toh bas chatri ki tarah idhar-udhar palat-te rehte hain thinking, “Kal se discipline. Pakka.”
Aur iss pure chaos ke beech… sleep quietly observes us like,
“Tumhari zindagi main aa sakti thi, agar tum mujhe chance dete.”
Sleep is honestly that underrated friend jise hum ignore itna karte hain, par phir subah uth ke thakaan ko bolte hain “yeh aaj kal body weak ho rahi hai.” Body weak nahi ho rahi… aap usko sula hi nahi rahe ho.
Elders have their own style – unhe neend jaldi aati hai, par agar ek baar open ho gayi na… bas phir toh 2 ghante ka bhajan, thodi si chai, thoda TV, aur phir complaint that “Aaj kal neend bilkul nahi aati.”
Youngsters are equally dramatic – sleep schedule aise hota hai jaise stock market graph. Kabhi 10 PM, kabhi 3 AM, kabhi pata hi nahi kaha chala gaya.
But truth yeh hai ki neend is literally our built-in doctor.
Wahi doctor jo har raat aata hai bina fee ke, bina booking ke, bina waiting list ke.
Achhi neend toh body ko reset, repair, recharge sab kara deti hai – mood better, heart calm, memory sharper, skin happier… poori duniya thodi zyada beautiful lagti hai.
Imagine your body saying softly,
“Just lie down, breathe slow, main baaki sab handle kar lunga.”
And honestly, itna hi kaafi hota hai.
No fancy supplements, no overthinking, no guilt.
Bas ek warm blanket, ek silent room, ek calm mind – aur ek promise ki hum thoda sa pyaar khud ko bhi denge.
So tonight, jab aap bed pe jao… phone ko thoda side rakho,
apne din ko dheere se goodnight bolo,
aur apni body ko woh break do jo woh poore din maang rahi hoti hai.
Kabhi-kabhi, health improve karne ke liye bas itna hi karna hota hai –
Sona. Aur peacefully sona.
